Since 1955, Pasta Fresca Rossi has represented the tradition of artisanal fresh pasta in Modena, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Production follows traditional Emilian recipes, using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Mortadella Bolognese IGP. All pasta undergoes an extrusion process that gives the dough an ideal porosity to absorb sauces while maintaining the perfect balance between dough and filling, delivering a product that preserves the authenticity of tradition.
