Every day, we process 40 tons of fresh potatoes to create gnocchi with a genuine taste and soft texture. The potatoes are steamed with their skins to preserve nutritional values, then peeled and mashed to ensure quality and freshness.
Made exclusively with natural ingredients and without potato flakes or water, our gnocchi are crafted using proprietary machinery that faithfully replicates the homemade gnocchi-making process. Available in various shapes—oval, ridged, grated, and mini—as well as enriched with vegetables like pumpkin, spinach, and beetroot, they offer a versatile solution to satisfy every palate.

Filled Gnocchi
Our filled gnocchi are a unique product, made with 100% fresh potatoes without the use of potato flakes or water. Using our exclusive, in-house-designed machinery, each gnocco delivers the same quality and consistency as those homemade.
The soft texture of our potato gnocchi encases rich and flavorful fillings such as ricotta and spinach, Asiago and porcini mushrooms, Gorgonzola PDO, and many more.

Spätzle
Our spätzle are crafted with high-quality ingredients, including Italian spinach, soft wheat flour, and free-range eggs. We also offer a plain version, typical of Germany, made without spinach. These small, soft dumplings have a delicate flavor and unique texture, making them ideal for pairing with rich sauces or serving as a side dish for main courses.
